Yash Osarsa, owner of the DNL Liquor, Beer & Wine store cuts the ribbons during grand opening festivities at his business Oct. 6. The business is located at 1200 W. Sixth St. in Rusk. Mr. Osarsa also owns the Pick-N-Pack store at the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 W. (W. Sixth St.) and Loop 343. Members of the Rusk Chamber of Commerce, friends and community leaders attended the ribbon cutting and other festivities hosted by the business during the weekend.
