Sam Mormino, president of the Rusk Lions Club presents certificates to youth artists Julia Crosby, Evelyn Bowen and Katy Dickey. The three girls participated in the Lions Club Imagine Peace poster contest with Katy named the winner. Her poster will be submitted to a Lions district contest, and possibly national and international levels. The girls are art students of Lurlene Bowden.
