Members of the North American Railcar Operators Association (NARCOA) area 9 group take pictures of the locomotive during a stop on the excursion. The 316 steam locomotive made its debut run after being restored, repaired and refurbished. The locomotive was donated to the city of Abilene in 1951, then to the Texas State Railroad in 1974.
