Texas Senatorial District 3 constituents stakeholders testified at a natural resources subcommittee meeting chaired by Sen. Robert Nichols of Jacksonville, seated. Their testimonies concerned rising water and sewer rates from investor-owned utilities. Testifying were in back from left, C.A. Cockrell, III of Murchison, Orville R. Bevel, Jr. of Chandler and Mayor Jack Brockhouse of Ivanhoe.
