Members of the Rusk Chamber of Commerce recently conducted a ribbon cutting for new member, Cash Xpress, 516 N. Dickinson Dr., Suite C, next to McDonalds in Rusk. Among those attending the ribbon cutting were Heather Hybrand, market director; D'ann Dyess, assistant manager; and Jim Archer, supervisor.
