Rusk Mayor Angela Raiborn, right, presents a Key to the City to retiring City Secretary Fran Wendeborn. Mrs. Wendeborn was honored at a retirement party Dec. 19 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. In addition to the Key to the City, Mrs. Wendeborn received a mantle clock. Lila Fuller, Nacogdoches city secretary, made a presentation on behalf of the state organization.
