City attorney: ‘We’ve erred and we’ve fixed it’ regarding suspended officer’s return to work

Approximately 40 citizens crowded the Alto council chamber and adjoining hallway to express concern that a suspended Alto police officer had returned to work. The suspension followed the shooting death Jan. 23 of James Eric Griffin.
