l Jacksonville Police Chief Reece Daniel (left) presents a plaque to JPD Sgt. Daniel Franklin following a ceremony re-dedicating the JPD shooting range in honor of Sgt. Franklin. Officers involved in the renovation agreed that Sgt. Franklin was the one who "got the ball rolling" on the project.
