Bank matches Cherokee County Electric Co-op’s contribution

One of Cherokee County Electric Co-op Association's (CCECA) lending banks, CoBank, recently sponsored a program to match the donation from a rural electric cooperative to a worthy charity. CCECA applied for the program, was approved, and chose to donate $5,000 to the American Cancer Society through their Relay for Life team, The Transformers. CoBank then matched the $5,000 donation. Part of "The Transformer's" team was on hand to present the checks to Cindy Kline, Relay for Life of Cherokee County Chairman. From left in front are A.J.
