The Rusk Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony April 5 at The Good Book in the Main Street Center. Edward and Janice Seale, owners, opened their business on Saturday, March 30. Attending the April 5 event were chamber members, friends, relatives and well wishers.
