A lease between the City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Rodeo Assn. was approved at a recent city council meeting. After signing the lease agreement Mayor Kenneth Melvin is thanked by the rodeo association president Byron Underwood. Witnessing the event are members of the Jacksonville Rodeo Association.
