Jacksonville's Datavion Thacker breaks loose around the Carthage defense during Friday's game. In his first varsity game, the sophomore rushed for 15 yards and a touchdown and caught a pass, but the Indians fell to the Bulldogs, 42-28. Jacksonville will take on Palestine at 7 p.m. Thursday in a game televised on TXA 21.
