50th anniversary

Harold L. and Rita Beckworth Price celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 21. The couple was married at the First Baptist Church in Rusk on Dec. 21, 1963, with Rev. Leo Rudd officiating. She works with gymnastics competitions and cheer and dance. Mr. Price is employed as a professional civil engineer in pier construction. They have two children, Kevin Lee Price and Gina Lynn Price Hopson, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Price is the sister of Elmer Beckworth Jr. of Rusk.
