k Robin Butt (left) of Boogie Butt Productions received the Division Chairman of the Year award from outgoing chairman Brett Brewer. Mr. Brewer praised Mr. Butt's civic presence by saying, "He's everything and he's everywhere when Jacksonville needs promoting."
