Katie Landrum, an Intermediate with the Lookout 4-H Club, and her dog Zoey participated in the 43rd Annual Texas 4-H Dog Show held July 12-14 in Conroe. There were 22 counties from throughout Texas represented at the show, with youths and their dogs participating in agility, rally, obedience, confirmation, showmanship, costume and trick classes. Katie and Zoey participated in two classes of agility: standard and jumpers, placing eighth in jumpers and fourth in standard. Katie plans to attend more shows (4-H and non 4-H) in the future and continuing training Zoey.
