‘Spring cleaning’ starts early in Rusk

One of several city improvements made with a $6 million bond in the city of Rusk was adding a laptop to every Rusk Police Department vehicle. All of the laptops are hooked up to a system known as Cardinal to handle ticketing and license/vehicle checks.
