Kathleen Stanfill of Congratulations! Awards, Promos and Gifts in Jacksonville spoke as part of a panel of seven industry leaders on Feb. 28 during the 2014 Awards and Recognition Association (ARA) International Awards Market in Las Vegas, Nev. Ms. Stanfill was one of three retailer members selected to offer her opinion on the state and future of the recognition industry.
