k Rusk Mayor Angela Raiborn (right) proclaimed July 10 as "Marie Whitehead Day" and presented her with a proclamation and a key to the city. Mrs. Whitehead (left) was recognized for her service to the community, and most recently for service as a charter member of the Texas State Railroad Authority since its inception in 2007.
