Roy Johnson of Jacksonville was surprised on July 4 by the Cherokee 4-H Shooting Sports with his winnings from their Cowboy Package Firearm Raffle. Mr. Johnson received a lever action rifle, cowboy action revolver and ammunition. From left are Lizzy Dover, Aubrey McCown, Mr. Johnson and Austin Dover. All proceeds from the raffle help Cherokee 4-H shooting sports to reach out to children in the area through low cost rifle, pistol, shotgun and archery training.
