Bluebonnet 4-H members participated in a martial arts demonstration on Nov. 29 led by Stephen Cudd, owner of Cudd Martial Arts in Rusk. Topics discussed and techniques demonstrated were geared toward protection from bullies and self-defense from violent attacks or attempted kidnappings.
