m Some of the city of Jacksonville's new growth in 2014 includes $44,000 for a sign at the new Bacon Auto Country; $350,000 for a new Wingstop which opened Sept. 24, 2014; a $14 million permit for the new West Side school, targeted for completion in June and Denny's, which opened January 2014 after receiving permits in 2013.
