The "Flailing Elmo Brothers" (left picture), Larry Sinclair (left) and Houston White, regaled audiences at the Rusk Rotary Club meeting a few years ago as trapeze artists. At the 2012 Rusk Chamber of Commerce banquet, which had a "biker's ball" theme, they were traveling tattoo artists. Mr. White (right picture) addresses the Rusk Rotary Club during the club's 102nd birthday celebration for him Jan. 14. Mr. White helped found the club in 1949.
