Area father and son overcome medical issues ‘against all odds’

Billy Whitaker and his son, Preston, have resolved to live life "Against All Odds." Billy, a Rusk High School graduate and tattoo parlor owner, was born with spina bifida. Preston, 3, was born with a collapsed lung and spent the first three months of his life in ICU.
