Cook- off winners announced

The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce held the first annual cook-off for the Love's Lookout Visitor Center volunteers. The volunteers meet monthly bringing their best covered dishes to the luncheon. The Chamber staff provides them with current chamber events, as well as other community events to share with the thousands of visitors at the center each month. At the cookoff there were three categories judged by three guests. The judges were City of Jacksonville Councilman Jeff Smith, County Judge Chris Davis and KLTV reporter Lane Luckie. The winners holding their prizes include in front from left, Karen Lovell, with a side dish, Patty Rodewald, a dessert dish and Norma Tilley, a cutting board; in back, Lane Luckie, Councilman Jeff Smith and County Judge Chris Davis.
