Ernie and Ginger Tipton of Denver City announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelli Marie Tipton, to Matthew Alex Barnes, son of Jim and Vickie Barnes of Alto. Miss Tipton graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She is currently employed by Rehab Synergies in Bowie as a speech pathologist. Mr. Barnes graduated from Texas Tech University and is currently employed by Dow Chemical. The couple plan to be married April 18 at Guller Hall in Fredricksburg.
