k Eddie "Mr. Ed" Sullivan was honored as the first annual Peer Support Services most valuable volunteer. Mr. Sullivan drove a total of 1,800 miles in one year to Rusk State Hospital, finishing with more than 350 hours of volunteer work. "Patients ask for him by name," said RSH director of community relations DeDe Clark. "His sense of compassion reaches far beyond what the eye can see. His service and spiritual warmth have become the core of Peer Support Services."
