Personnel from Nelson Tree Service converged on 4th Street in Rusk Tuesday to clear limbs from powerline rights-of-way. Using bucket trucks, the operators navigated above and around high voltage lines to clear growth. They were contracted by Oncor to work on the right-of- way.
