The Rusk and Palestine Chambers of Commerce reaffirmed their commitment to promoting tourism at the Texas State Railroad by adopting 300-pound concrete cabooses to be placed around businesses in Rusk and Jacksonville. From left are Marc Mitchell, executive director of the Palestine Chamber; Connie Parsons, general manager of the Rusk Chamber; Carrie Kesler, president-elect of the Palestine Chamber; Tim Sansom, president of the Rusk Chamber and Robby Tosh of Harry's Building Materials, who will deliver the cabooses at no charge to Rusk customers.
