Two sets of twins who graduated from Rusk High School in May are attending Tyler Junior College on full scholarships. From left are Amanda Potter, Milan Patel, Mishal Patel and Allison Potter. All four received scholarships through the Rusk ISD/Perkins Family Foundation Promise Fund - now in its second year. The foundation offers scholarships to all RHS graduates in the top 50 percent of their class and is making college possible for students who did not think they could attend college.
