The front yard of Rusk Police Lt. Stephen Hughes takes on the look of an eerie graveyard. After the sun goes down, choreographed lights and music are synchronized to rock 'n roll favorites like "The Monster Mash" and "Thriller." Visitors can hear the music on their car radios by tuning to 94.3 on their FM dial.
