Jacksonville Rotary's program chair for the week of Oct. 21 was Dr. Chad Kelly. Dr. Kelly's program was presented by Grace Traylor and the JISD Student Ambassadors. The JISD Student Ambassadors are public relations representatives of JISD and they are charged with spreading the positives of JISD.
