‘... the most wonderful time...’

The A. Frank Smith United Methodist Church, 131 Cooper St. in Alto, will present their annual Christmas cantata, "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13. The cantata includes a story told by a local street vendor (Tony Simms) familiar with classic songs and hymns and new songs of the Christmas season. Special music will be presented by Margie Adams and HAD-A-CALL and the cantata is directed by Marcia Hassell. Members include Elise Clark, Grace Hall, Adilyn Henley, Frances Henley, Darcee Jowell, Marlene Kahla, Kathleen Megill, Shirley Perriraz, Delores Shely, Hallene Thomson, Frances Tullis, Sandy Wallace, Madge Watkins, Pat Hoover, Cindy Johnson, Courtney Landrum, Linda Mayhan. Alma Wallace, Cody Allen, Summers Hassell, Randy Low. Greg Megill, Kathy Wilton, Freddie Wallace, Tony Simms, Ray Hoover, Les Hunter and Susan Paramore.
