JoAnn Jackson (center) was named Rusk's citizen of the year during Saturday's annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet. Handing out the award was Jeanie Swink (left), who won the award last year with her late husband, Dr. Jim Swink, and incoming Rusk Chamber president Carrie Kesler.
