One vehicle accident

On Tuesday, Feb. 16, Freddie George, 79 of Jacksonville was traveling east on U.S. Highway 84 and, according to witnesses, appeared to have passed out. His truck crossed the oncoming lanes of traffic, traveled off the north side of the roadway and came to rest in the creek. Mr. George was taken to ETMC by ambulance.
