Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-Athens) stopped at Jacksonville's Austin Bank Friday to discuss the Dodd-Frank Act and how it affects East Texas. "The undeniable truth is that the economy still isn't working like it could and should for East Texans," he said. "The climate of uncertainty created by these excessive regulations are harming our economy and destroying opportunities for growth."
