The Wood family’s home is a 2,600 square foot three-bedroom, two-bath ranch style home that was built in the late 1970s and has central heat and air. The property features a deck, sprinkler system, circular drive, shop with wood stove and bathroom, three carports, garden shed, detached screened-in building and an old barn.
