Tree of Promise had volunteer crews working on May 20 - 21 on a sidewalk project for Carolyn Hallford. After 15 months in the hospital and rehab facilities, she returned home on Wednesday, May 25. The Rusk Police Association volunteered during (Community Powered Renewal) CPR weekend to build a walkway for her wheelchair. The group picture includes Nathan Acker-RPA President, Leon Hallford (Carolyn’s husband) and Abby Franks (Carolyn’s granddaughter in the pink shirt).
