Rusk Leos giving back

During the recent Leo State Awards Conference held in Austin, six Rusk High School Leo Club members helped assemble 400 care packages to be sent to troops around the world. The club held a fundraiser during Rusk home football games last fall - money that purchased 956 packages of baby wipes for the care packages. Representing Rusk from left are Kahera Cook, KeKe Crist, Sanissa Ramirez, Cae'Breeana Session, Jedashia Jones and Leo Club president Ebony Griffin.
