Houston White, who founded the Rusk Rotary Club, was honored on his 102nd birthday Jan. 14 by the club during their meeting at the Cherokee County Credit Union. On hand to participate in the festivities were, from left, Tara Hudnall, club secretary; Jaleea Hudnall, club treasurer; Mr. White's son, George White of Houston; Mr. White; Jan Pate, Rusk Rotary president; Mr. White's daughter-in-law, Ann White of Houston, Brenda Walker, Rotary District 5910 past district governor of Palestine and Kelly Clay, president-elect. More than 50 individuals attended the party.
