l Cherokee County District Attorney Rachel L. Patton and Cherokee County Sheriff James Campbell show off a new Pro Vision Body Cam camera that will be outfitted to each sheriff's office patrol deputy to record their interactions with the public. Both Ms. Patton and Sheriff Campbell said the cameras would provide a greater measure of safety and accountability to both law enforcement and the public. The 19 cameras were purchased by the sheriff's office and the district attorney's office at a cost of $4,880.
