Ennis church presents Singing Christmas Tree

k Skyview-Hodge Complex hosted the Singing Christmas Tree from Baylor Baptist Church in Ennis for approximately 250 offenders Dec. 4, in the Skyview Gym. More than 60 volunteers from the church spent most of the day constructing the tree. They were assisted by a dozen offenders. The program started at 5 p.m. and lasted approximately one and one-half hours. It included a Christian drama and the Baylor Baptist Church Choir singing Christmas carols while standing on platforms inside the tree.
