The Stella Hill Memorial Library in Alto is celebrating its 60th anniversary and is currently undergoing changes to make it both a library and a neighborhood hub. The library is also in the midst of scanning more pictures from Alto's past thanks to the Tocker Foundation and the University of North Texas' Portal to Texas History.
