Honored employees at Austin Bank for years of service include Rusk residents from left, Joy Helm and Nancy Hudnall for 25 years and Tammy Long, 15 years. All are Rusk High School graduates. Mrs. Helm is vice-president and executive administrative officer at the Tyler Downtown Bank. During her tenure at Austin Bank she has held positions including teller, retail office manager, retail market manager and has worked in the note and bookkeeping departments. Mrs. Helm also attended Tyler Junior College. Mrs. Hudnall, banking officer and customer service representative, came to Austin Bank as a teller. Mrs. Long, a loan assistant, has 17 years banking experience including teller, teller supervisor and secondary market loan processor.
