The Rusk Chamber of Commerce annual Trick-or-Treat around the Square was held Friday, Oct. 30, in downtown Rusk. With help from the craft department of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, games were created for the all new Kiddie Carnival. Pictured are Sgt.
