A-maze-ing’ maze

Last Saturday, the Texas State Railroad opened a six-acre corn maze, built on 10 acres of property on the rail line at TSR's Maydelle Depot. Precision Mazes of Missouri created the design, which integrates the name, a steam engine and the state of Texas. The corn maze is managed by Curtis Merchant. A train shuttle will run continuously to the maze from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays-Sundays through Oct. 24. Groups of 20 or more can visit the corn maze Mondays-Thursdays by appointment.
