McClurkin receives governor’s award for prison ministry

l James McClurkin said he was overwhelmed when he was notified he would receive the Governor's 2014 Criminal Justice Volunteer Service Award for his work at a nearby prison. He was one of 15 individuals and six organizations honored in Austin recently.
