Jacksonville's Amber Hawkins (#00) takes a free throw during last Tuesday's bi-district game against Mount Pleasant. The Fightin' Maidens defeated the Lady Tigers, 39-36 in overtime, but lost against the Lady Pirates of Mesquite Poteet, 36-34. The Maidens' season ends at 19-16 (9-1 in District 14-4A).
