l Shelley Cleaver (right) made the first reservation for the 90th annual Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Banquet, set for 5:30 p.m. Jan. 29 at the Norman Activity Center, 526 E. Commerce. Accepting the reservation was Kim Smith. Tickets are $25 per person or $175 for a table of eight. Registration ends at noon Jan. 26. The banquet committee includes Kathleen Stanfill, Laurie Brown and Brittany Traylor.
