County commissioners approve appointments, give service awards

Cherokee County's elected officials received their oaths of office last week and had their bonds approved during Monday's commissioner's court meeting. In front from left are Janet Gates, Laverne Lusk, Brenda Dominy, Dana Young, Patsy Lassiter, Janice Stone and Bascom Bentley III. In back from left are Rodney Wallace, Steven Norton, Byron Underwood, Tony Johnson, Phillip Grimes, Chris Davis and Carl Wayne Morgan.
