Toni Meador, president of the Texas National Bank Rusk branch presents a check to Donald Woodard, right, president of the Rusk High School Alumni Association for $2,500 to establish a scholarship. Don Jones, alumni treasurer is at left. The bank will add to the scholarship fund annually until the entire amount of $20,000 is paid.
